1. Our Company agrees to provide you (the "End User") a service that enables the "End User" the right to use our service to send and receive currency if the said currency is available in your said account.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability - Our Company MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE AND/OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE; INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Our Company DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE, OF THE SERVICE AND/OR THE PRODUCT IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS, OR OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE AND THE PRODUCT IS ASSUMED BY THE END USER. Our Company SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE END USER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF ANY PAYMENTS OR CONTRACTS, THE FAILURE OF DELIVERY, DELAY IN DELIVERY, DELIVERY IN NONCONFORMING CONDITION, THE USE OF THE SERVICE AND/OR THE PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY OTHER BREACH OF CONTRACT OR DUTY BETWEEN Our Company AND THE END USER. Our company shall have no obligation to provide the Service, and shall have no liability to the End User in the event we are unable, as may be determined in the sole discretion of Our Company to make payment and or changes in methods of payment or operation that can make our service unsuitable for the end user.

3. Eligibility In order to use the Service, you must register for a Personal or Business account. If you use the service to accept or send payments in the conduct of a trade or business, you must apply for a Business Account. In order to obtain a business account, the business owner must submit their personal identification and agree that the information is for a person over the age of eighteen. The owner must also submit corporate documents certifying the corporate or “dba” name and that the company is registered with the appropriate regulatory body. All corporate documents must reflect the owner’s name as listed in the personal account information.

4. General - Any and all claims or disputes relating to the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Panama. For the purpose of resolving conflicts relating to the Service, our company and the End User agree that venue shall be in Panama only, and, in addition, the End User hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in Panama. Our Company may assign its rights and delegate its duties with respect to the Service without providing notice to, or receiving the consent of, the End User. In the event that your account is frozen, it will remain so for 180 days to clear against any charge backs or fraudulent activity.

Buyer Agreement - Our company assumes absolutely no responsibility for any purchases made through our system. We do not issue refunds if the product, service or program does not meet your standards. Should a company to whom you have made a payment go out of business or fail to deliver the product or service you purchased our responsibility is limited to help you identify and locate that company, principles or individuals. You should thoroughly investigate any company before making the decision to purchase their products or services. It should also be noted that voiding, reversing, charging back or cancelling any payment made transaction you used to fund your account for any reason constitutes fraud and will be vigorously prosecuted, as well as these actions violates many other laws. You agree, that this agreement supercedes any consumer laws or rights you may have with any organization, bank, credit card issuer or any procesor of any kind. All Payments are final, there are no exceptions. Anyone attempting fraud will be prosecuted to the maximum extent allowable. It should also be noted that reversing the funding method used to fund your account is considered fraud.
